DARCIE KLATT

OWNER AND DIRECTOR OF TRAINING

Darcie Klatt is a Strength and Conditioning coach for Excel Fitness and a Reebok Certified Spin Instructor. Darcie has a ACE Personal training Certification combined with her ACE Nutrition Specialist as well numerous years under the tutelage of Nationally renowned high performance trainer Scott Hebert. In 2010 Darcie was involved in an accident leaving her with 2 fractures in each ankle and bound to a wheelchair, with little to do physically but still having a drive to work hard and stay mobile a spin bike was a main source of exercise and entertainment. After recovering from the accident, she realized the multiple benefits that spin had to offer to a variety of people not just athletes. With a continuing passion to help people find their potential she signed on to Scott Hebert's staff and has been working in the fitness industry ever since. Her Clientele roster includes professional Tennis and Soccer Players youth national and provincial champions as well as high school and college athletes and those looking for a better quality of movement and life. Professional Lacrosse Players, Nationally ranked Irish dancers and field hockey players. Focusing on functional movement, correcting imbalances, speed, agility and proper nutritional needs each athlete client receives a unique and positive experience of setting and reaching goals. Rebekah Litke

Rehabilitation Specialist and Strength Coach

Rebekah is a Certified NASM Personal Trainer, a Certified ISSA Exercise Therapy Specialist, a Certified Aquatic Therapy Specialist (CALA) and Functional Movement Systems Provider. She completed her Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology and Human Kinetics at UBC and has been working in the field of active rehabilitation and personal training for over 10 years. She is currently working towards completing her Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA) and Medical Exercise Specialist (AAHFRP) certifications so that she can better understand athletic training and development as well as sport specific active rehabilitation methods. Rebekah has always been athletic and grew up swimming competitively, skiing and acquired 15 years of ballet and dance experience. She is also an active member in the lifeguard communities in Richmond and Vancouver and participates in the Metro Women's Soccer League. She has a passion for working with people and fitness and rehabiltiation and strives to help all her clients improve in functionality and performance.
